       1.    Resolution 1883-22, Updating the Unified Fee Schedule for 2022. (Heverling)

       2.    Ordinance 22-2973, Amending sections of Title 13 of the Blaine Municipal Code to authorize local facility fees to be applied prior to connection to the City’s water, sewer, and electrical utility systems, to correct Scriveners errors in existing code sections, to allow for a local utility fee credit, and to clarify the municipal code.
