Technology Requirements
- Desktop Computer, Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone.
- Speakers/Headphones - Most laptops, tablets, and smartphones have built-in speakers. Alternatively, you can use the call-in phone number provided with the meeting invitation.
- Webcam - Recommended, but not required. Most laptops, tablets, and smartphones have built-in webcams.
- Internet Connection - It is important to note that the audio and video quality of the connection directly correlates with the quality of your internet connection. Please consult this website for WIFI hotspots in the area. If you do not have good internet connection, please note that you can use the call-in phone number to listen to and provide public comment during the meeting.
Instructions on using Zoom
To log onto zoom visit the provided link for the meeting. You can join Zoom via an application that you download onto your computer, or via your web browser. Once connected to the meeting you will be auto-muted to prevent audio interference.
