Payments may be made by check (Canadian check must be marked "payable in U.S. funds"), cash, money order or traveler's check. Please include the top portion of your bill with your payment.
Payments may also be charged on VISA or MasterCard and will include a $4.00 processing fee if paid by phone, mail or drop box.
Non-sufficient fund charge is $20.00. Canadian checks are also subject to foreign bank charges in addition to NSF charges. A NSF account may also be assessed reinstatement and/or penalty fees.
Automatic Payment Plans
The city offers two automatic payments plans:
Automatic debit from the customer's bank account on the 15th of each month
Automatic charge to the customer's VISA or MasterCard on the 15th of each month
