Temporary Road Closure on North Harvey Road

Smoke Testing Sewers

The Blaine Public Works Department will be conducting leak tests of the sanitary sewer system by forcing smoke into the lines. The smoke helps us locate places where storm & other surface waters are entering the City’s sewers.
