Due to Governor Inslee’s proclamation in response to COVID-19, this City Council meeting will be conducted entirely through teleconference. 1. Resolution 1807-20, Authorizing the City Manager to cancel unexpended BTAC Grant awards for events that occur prior to September 1, 2020. (Pratschner) 
2. Resolution 1815-20, Confirming and ratifying, modifying or rejecting Emergency Order 20-05 and Emergency Order 20-06. (Jones)
3. Authorizing City Manager and Mayor to enter into contract amendments approving one-week furloughs for contracted staff including City Manager, City Clerk/Assistant to the City Manager, Police Chief, Community Development Services Director, Finance Director, and Engineering Program Director. 4. Authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with International Association of Machinists and Aerospace, Lodge 160 for one week furloughs. (Jones)
